Ives Cottage is located on a beautiful peninsula in Potowomut, Rhode Island. The property consists of rolling hills, a one-mile perimeter loop for walking or running, and water access to the Potowomut River, leading to the Narragansett Bay. This property provides the opportunity to experience nature in all four seasons. We are 20 minutes to Newport or Providence, RI, 1 hr. to Boston, and 3 hrs. to NYC.

The Oasis is located on the St. Lucie River in Stuart, Florida. As the name states, this is a waterfront oasis, consisting of 2 docks, heated pool, wrap around porches, tennis court, and lots of space to relax outdoors. The sunsets are not to be missed! We are a 40 min. drive to West Palm Beach, 1.5 hours to Ft. Lauderdale, and 2 hours to Miami or Orlando.
